Lead-use, quality & security rules

Specific-request use only

Routed information may be used only to evaluate and respond to the specific request. Do not resell, publish or add leads to unrelated marketing lists.

Lawyer advertising compliance

Participating counsel is responsible for all jurisdiction-specific advertising, solicitation, referral/lead-generation, responsible-lawyer, filing, disclaimer and record-retention obligations. The network must not be described as having analyzed the person's legal problem to choose the lawyer.

Security

Limit access, use reasonable safeguards and notify the network privacy/security contact without unreasonable delay if routed data is lost, exposed or misused.

Deletion

Delete or de-identify unused lead copies promptly and ordinarily within 30 days when no active transaction, dispute, legal hold or regulatory reason requires longer retention.
