Sharing
When a user requests provider contact, relevant request information may be shared with an independent provider only for that request and routing purpose.
Legal inquiries
An initial marketing intake is not a secure attorney-client document portal. Do not submit privileged/confidential documents, detailed witness information, government IDs or other sensitive case materials through the initial form.
Retention
Unmatched request records are targeted for deletion or de-identification within 90 days. Active matters, provider/security records and consent/audit records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.
